Evelyn Martin Terrell

MEBANE - Evelyn Terrell, 69, passed away, June 15, 2014, at the Hospice and Palliative Care Center of Alamance-Caswell. She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Odessa Yarboro Martin. She loved fishing, going camping and cooking. She also loved her Minkie Moe. She will be greatly missed by many.Survivors include her sons, Todd Brown and Chad Hall of Haw River; sisters, Carolyn Littlejohn of Mebane, Betty Faye Scott (Douglas) of Burlington and Janice McDaniel (Jimmy) of Haw River; brothers, Allie Martin (Ruth), Richard Martin and Marshall Martin (Nancy), all of Mebane. She also leaves behind her grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, June 18, 2014, in the McClure Funeral Chapel in Mebane at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Chip Sellew officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service. The burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
