Fred Michael Clapp, 57, of Burlington passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020. He was a native of Alamance County & Welder. He is the son of the late Larry Hoyle Clapp and the late Peggy Inez Holt. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Larry Randall Clapp and sister, Debra Lynne Clapp.
He is survived by his son, Casey Clapp & wife Kameran of Fuquay Varina; Grandson, Kieran Clapp; sisters; Peggy Justice and husband Lynn of Mebane, Tina Edwards of Burlington & Tammy Nibblett of Burlington; step father, Danny Milton Holt of Burlington; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service to celebrate his life will be 2:00 PM Saturday, January 2, at Oakwood Cemetery in Mebane by Pastor Darrell Moser. The family will receive friends at McClure Funeral Home in Graham on Saturday from 12:30 – 1:30 before the service. Online condolences may be sent to www.mcclurefuneralservice.net
