Geraldine W. Straughan

Graham- Geraldine Wright Straughan 66 of 160 Andrews Ave. Graham NC, passed away at Alamance Regional Medical Center after a 1 year of failing health. Geraldine was the daughter of Walter Wright and Jessie Council Wright both deceased, and wife of Dwight Truman Straughan also deceased. Geraldine leaves behind a Daughter: Brenda S. Edwards (Bobby) of Graham, Son: Paul Straughan (Abby) of Graham, 5 Grandchildren: Kelly Teixeira (Victor) of Mebane, Devin Barrington (Roger) of Burlington, Nikki Edwards of Graham, A.J. Edwards of Graham, and Reid Terrell of Graham/Mebane, 5 Great Grandchildren, Brother: Glenn Wright (Jean) of Pittsboro, Sister: Catherine Miller (Warren) of Hillsborough, and Special Life long friend: Betty Wrenn Whaley (Jeff) of Mebane. Preceded in death is a Brother: Ed Wright. A visitation for the immediate family will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 PM before the Graveside service at McClure Funeral Home in Mebane NC and other times at the residence. A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday June 28, 2013 at Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery in Mebane NC.
