Glenn Douglas Crouch Jr.

Glenn Douglas Crouch, Jr. passed away on November 17th in Mebane, North Carolina. He leaves behind two daughters, Laura and Jennifer, and a precious granddaughter, Lindsey Payne.  Also surviving are his sister and brother-in-law, Andy and Holly Crouch Sharpe, and many family and friends. Doug was born in Roanoke, Virginia and lived there until General Electric moved the family to Mebane, North Carolina in the 1970s.  He attended William Fleming, class of 1960, and joined the Coast Guard after graduation. He worked for General Electric until retirement.  His wonderful sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him. A Celebration of Life will be held on December 5th at McClure Funeral Services from 2:00 to 4:00.
