Gloria Elmore Clark

HAW RIVER - Gloria Elmore Holmes "Fuzzy" Clark, of 531 Boundry Street, Haw River passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017. Gloria was born in Orange County to Henry "Gordon" and Lois Walker Elmore both deceased. Gloria was employed as manager in a retail store. She was a member of Chestnut Ridge United Methodist Church but attended Hawfields Presbyterian Church. Gloria was a loving wife, mother, grandmother sister and friend to her husband, Randell "Randy" Ray Clark. Daughter, Tina Warren( Michael). Son, Sammy Holmes (Melissa). Her love and smiles were her grandchildren, Kenley Mebane, Hunter Allison, Kolbey Warren, Noah Allison; brothers, Mick Elmore, Jason Elmore (Debra), and Michael Elmore (Paul); several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Monday, June 26, 2017 in the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane. Officiating will be Pastor David Ealy and Pastor Walter Jones. Burial will follow in Chestnut Ridge Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at McClure Funeral Home in Mebane from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. prior to the service. Other times the family will be at the residence. A special thanks to Landa Latta, Faye Andrews, and Rhonda Straughan for the love and care you provided Mom daily. Mom touched many hearts with her smile and willingness to help anyone. We know you will always be an angel watching over us.
