Grace Lola Dennis

Mrs. Grace Lola Dennis, 90, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday August 2, 2015, at Hospice Home & Palliative Care Alamance-Caswell. She was of Baptist Faith. She was famous for shopping and cooking. She is survived by her son: Lloyd “Mike” Dennis and wife Tammy; daughters: Carol Duffey Miles, Donna G. Huskey and husband Mark; grandchildren: Freddie Medlin and wife Karen, Lloyd Clay Duffey and wife Debbie, Laurie Overman and husband Rodney, John Charles Duffey and wife Jennifer, Lauren Ashley Dennis, Heather Bryant and husband Jackey, Heath Huskey; Sixteen Grandchildren; brother: Harold P. Evans Sr.; and sister: Linda Terveen. She was preceded in death by her husband: Lloyd Oscar Dennis; parents: Ernest and Bertha Evans; three sisters; and three brothers. A service to celebrate her life will be held at the McClure Funeral Chapel in Mebane on Thursday August 6th at 11:00AM with Pastor Mike Jones and Pastor Ricky Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm at McClure Funeral & Cremation Service in Mebane on Wednesday August 5th and other times at the residence of Mike Dennis, 2274 Sunberry Dr.,Graham, NC 27253.
