Gregory Claine "Greg" Williams

Mr. Gregory Claine “Greg” Williams, 78, of Graham, NC, passed away on Wednesday, July 02, 2025, after a year long battle of failing health. He was born in Union County, NC on October 30, 1946, to Brady and Mattie Williams. Gregory graduated from ECU and went on to work in finance after college, retiring from Citi Financial. He will be remembered for his fun personality and the joy he was to be around.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Brady and Mattie Williams and his sister, Frances Williams.

He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Dianne Williams; his stepchildren, Evan King (Nicole Faulls) and Melissa Logan (Dennis); his grandchildren, Brie and Emmy King; his godson, Judson Huey; his brother, Philip Williams; his brother-in-law, Ronnie Cook; his nieces and nephews; and his great niece and nephew.

A service will be held to honor his life on Tuesday, July 08, 2025, at McClure Funeral Home in Graham beginning at 3:00pm. Burial will follow in Providence Memorial Cemetery in Graham. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home beginning at 2:00pm.
