Harris Wade Sharpe

Harris Wade Sharpe, 88, died Sunday, May 26th, 2024.  Daughter of the late William Henry Wade and Jessie Harris Wade of Carr NC. Born July 14, 1935 in Carr, NC. Graduate of Aycock High School 1954. Married Victor (Vick) Sharpe of Efland in 1955. Surviving are her children, Tommy Sharpe (Suzie), Bob Sharpe and Ed Sharpe (Tamara) all of Efland. Grand children: Trey Sharpe, Alexandra Zornick (John) and Taylor Sharpe. Two great grandchildren: Bryn & Grant Zornick. Harris was predeceased by her husband of 45 years, Victor T Sharpe, her granddaughter Krystina Perry, her parents William H Wade Sr and Jessie Harris Wade, and three brothers: Bill, Jack and James.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 30th at 11am with a Memorial Service at 12noon, at Efland United Methodist Church in Efland NC.  In lieu of flowers please make a donation to The Komen Foundation, The Alzheimer's Association, Efland United Methodist Church or your favorite charity.
