Harry F. Riley, 64, of Burlington, NC passed away August 12, 2018 at UNC Hospice Home in Pittsboro. A native of Alamance County, he was the son of the late Willie D. and Ida Mae Riley of Graham. Survivors include son, Miguel Angel Webb (Andrea), and grandson, Isaac, of Beaver, WV; brothers - Mack Riley (Peggy) of Snow Camp, Gordon Riley (Terri) of Burlington, Dale Riley (Diane) of Graham; sisters - Mae Aikens of Raleigh, Mary King (Sam) of Benson, Beth Pearson (Kenny) of Pelzer, SC, Amy Holland of Benson, Minnie “Red” Braxton (Shawn) of Burlington, as well as many nieces and nephews. Harry worked for Culp Upholstery Fabric for over 23 years until the plant closed in 2006. After that he obtained his CDL and drove a truck for 10 years before retiring. Never one to be idle, he later operated a one-man lawn maintenance/small plumbing/painting business. Harry had numerous passions including Myrtle Beach, fishing, Bojangles (especially their sweet tea) as well as many music styles and attended numerous concerts throughout the years accompanied by his friends. He enjoyed family holiday meals and helping others. Above all, he loved his family and extended family, and they loved him. A private memorial service will be held.
