Harvey Lee Hatch

Harvey Lee Hatch, 77, of Mebane, passed away on January 31, 2023 at his residence.  He was the son of the late Herbert and Ina Hatch.  Harvey worked as a carpenter for 55 years and he enjoyed tending to his farm animals and raising his garden.  He is survived by his daughter, Andrea McGee; sons, Chris Coble and Jason Hatch; sisters, Virgie Dodson and Edna Hicks and a brother Aulbrey Hatch.  Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Hatch, brothers, James Hatch, William Hatch, Talmadge Hatch, Robert Hatch, Hubert Hatch and a sister Margaret Walker.  A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 in the McClure Funeral Chapel in Mebane.  The family will receive friends following the service.
