Harvie Thomas Solomon

Harvie Solomon, 85, passed away on June 11, 2016 at Duke Hospital. He was the son of the late Bennie and Nannie McKee Solomon. Survivors include his daughters; Patricia Barnes (James) of Waycross, Ga., Linda Blalock (Mark) of Mebane, sisters; Getsy Day of Roxboro, Elizabeth Hatcher of Goldsboro and Diane Dean of Salt Lake, UT., brothers; Benjamin Solomon of Roxboro and Joseph Solomon of Washington, NC., four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Frances Albright Solomon and a brother Robert Elbert Solomon. The family will receive friends on Thursday June 16, 2016 from 6-8 at McClure Funeral and Cremation Service in Mebane. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Friday June 17, 2016 in the McClure Funeral Chapel in Mebane.
