Heather Tilley Walston

Mrs. Heather Tilley Walston, 36 of Graham, NC passed away on October 10, 2020 at her residence. Born in Durham Co. NC, she was born on January 20, 1984. Heather was currently employed with Burlington Industries (Elevate Textiles) where she loved her work family. Her love and the reason she smiled was her three loving children which she loved nothing more than to watch her son’s baseball games and with her girls, every day was a girl’s day of fun and love. She enjoyed cooking for her family and friends as well as spending time with them. She was an avid Duke Blue Devils fan and enjoyed watching the games with her children. Heather was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend to many leaving a legacy behind for her children filled with love and smiles. Survivors include her children, Jordyn Tilley, Jayla Walston and her father, Jerricho, and Justyce Kirby and her father, Tim; her loving mother, Rose Wilson Moore and husband Gary; sister, Angela Hicks and brother Billy Long; her best friends, Crystal Carnes, Crystal Baldwin, Natasha Cochran and she leaves behind numerous loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Heather was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Tilley and her grandparents, Catherine and Eddie Wilson and Moline and Gene Mims. A Graveside service will be held at 4:30 PM on Sunday October 18, 2020 the Tilley Family Cemetery in Durham located at the end of Cliffside Dr. in Durham, NC. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 PM prior to the service on Sunday at McClure Funeral Service in Graham and other times at the residence of her mother Rose.
