Helen Johnson Barts

Mrs. Helen Johnson Barts, 82, of Graham, passed away on Thursday December 6, 2018 at Springview Assisted Living of Burlington. A native of Durham County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Johnny Walter Johnson and Pearl Patton Johnson. She retired from Cone Mills in Alamance County. She found a passion for playing the piano, and was an active member of Kinnett Memorial Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Worth. her sons, Leslie Small and Jody Small, and six grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Barts; a son, Mike Small and twelve brothers and sisters. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday December 13, 2018 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel with the Pastor Don Pegg officiating. Burial will follow in Alamance Memorial Park.
