Irma Marie Lacey Goodson Gartland, 94, of Burlington died Monday, May 21 at her residence. She was a native of Mapleton, Iowa but considered her home town to be DeSoto, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Patrick & Teresa Anna Stangel Lacey; first husband, Thomas Bryan Goodson; second husband, John Patrick Gartland; brother, Robert “Bob” Lacey & sister, Dorothy Margaret Lacey Thomas.

She is survived by her children, Thomas Patrick Goodson & wife Sybil, Michael Lee Goodson & wife Teresa, Robert Walter Goodson, Teresa Marie Vandegrift & husband Kenneth; 14 grandchildren & 12 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; step children, J.P. Gartland & wife Laurie, James Gartland & wife Donna; 7 step grandchildren & 1 step great grandchild
