Jacob Lee Woods

Elon

Jacob Lee Woods, 28, of Elon, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Born in Davis County, Utah, Jacob was the son of Roy Woods and Andrea Adams. He was a loving son, devoted brother, proud father, and a faithful friend to many.

Jacob had a deep love for the outdoors, especially hunting, where he found both peace and adventure. A true free spirit, he approached life with a sense of curiosity and joy, always choosing the fun route and encouraging those around him to do the same. His laughter, energy, and kind heart left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. Jacob will be remembered for his adventurous soul, his loyalty to those he loved, and the light he brought into every room. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.

In addition to his parents, Jacob is survived by his daughter, Chloe Woods; his sister, Amber Woods; and his brother, Justin Kosanke.

Jacob is preceded in death by his grandparents, Holly and Grady Adams who he will meet in the afterlife.
