Jacqueline Mcadams Oakley

Jackie Oakley, 90, passed away on February 11, 2018 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Bertha McAdams. She was a member of Mt. Adar Baptist Church and loved her church family. Jackie enjoyed making flower arrangements and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters; Myra O. Wade (Jerry) and Debra Oakley, sister in-law; Shelby Jean Murphy, seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Oakley, daughter Carol Robertson, son in-law Brian Robertson and two brothers. The family will receive friends on Tuesday February 13, 2018 from 6-8 at McClure Funeral and Cremation Service in Mebane. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Wednesday February 14, 2018 at Mt. Adar Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mt. Adar Baptist Church 7416 NC 49 Mebane, NC 27302.
