James Andrews

James Conrad Andrews, 80, died Thursday, May 25, 2017, at 11:50 a.m. Born in Alamance County, Mr. Andrews was the son of the late James Carson Andrews and the late Virginia “Florine” Andrews. Mr. Andrews was the proprietor of King Bee from 1976 to 1992 and retired from McLeod Oil in 2012. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Pamela Glass Andrews. He is survived by two daughters, Denise Teetor (Jo) of Mebane, and Karen Ussery (Doug), of Graham; four grandchildren, Brandi Hinton (Matt) of Burlington, Jeremy Teetor, of Burlington, Brantley Ussery, of Charlottesville, Va., and Jason Ussery (Alicia), of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and one great-granddaughter, Lorelai Hinton. A memorial service conducted by the Rev. Sharon Wheeler will commence at 11 a.m. on Saturday May 27, 2017 at McClure Funeral and Cremation Service in Graham. The family will receive friends from 10-11 at the funeral home and at other times they will be at the residence of Karen and Doug Ussery
