James B. Clark

James Bryant Clark, Sr., 80, of Mebane died Friday, August 9, 2019. He was a native of Beaufort County, retired from the White Furniture Company and a member of Agape Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Richard Benjamin Clark & Florence Corbeau Barrett.

He is survived by his wife, Ann Givens Clark of the home; daughters, Margaret C. Williams and husband Jerry of Burlington, Jennifer Clark Wade of Mebane; son, Bryant Clark and wife Wendy of Graham; sister, Donna Moore; brothers, Charles Barrett, Jr. & Danny Barrett; step father, Charles Barrett, Sr.; grandchildren, Seth Williams, Mason Williams, Josie Wade (Rob Lockhart), Emily Wade (Steven Hughey), Matthew Wade, Gaige Clark, Ashton Clark; great grandchildren, Waylon Hopkins and Declan Hopkins.

A service to celebrate his life will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane by Pastor David Hopkins.  Burial will Follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1:00 – 3:00 before the service and other times at the residence.
