James "Jim" Edward Stone

Mr. James “Jim” Edward Stone, 82, of Graham, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 21, 2024. A native of Alamance County, Jim was the son of the late Marion Jackson and Rose Florence Stone. He spent his working years at General Dynamics as a Design Draftsman where he retired. Jim loved his family but especially loved his grandchildren and great grandson. He will be remembered as a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend.

Mr. Stone is preceded in death by his brothers, Richard Stone, Jack Stone, and Dewey Stone.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Juanita Stone; his son, Eric (Beverly) Stone; his daughter Diane (David) Garrett; his grandchildren, Caleb (Emily) Stone, Sam (Lindsey) Garrett, Allie (Clay) Wright, and Caz Stone; his great grandson, Caden Bradley Stone; and his sisters, Peggy Gerringer and Patsy Hancock.

Due to upcoming inclimate weather, the memorial service for Mr Stone has been postponed until a later date.
