Jan Douglas Younger

GRAHAM - Mr. Jan Douglas Younger, 60, died at his home in Graham on Wednesday, June 8. He was raised in Graham and graduated from Southern Alamance High School in 1973. He moved back to Graham in 2013 after living in Haw River and working for GKN Driveline for about 30 years. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Sherry Rogers Younger of Graham, his son, Ezekiel Jackson Younger of Burlington, and his daughter, Amber Lynn Younger of Durham. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert Jackson Younger and Fern Marie Coble Greeson, and his brothers, Kenneth Younger and Randall Younger. Jan rejoiced to know the love and grace of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He loved his family, friends, neighbors, co-workers and dog, Buddy. A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday June 11, 2016 at McClure Funeral and Cremation Service in Graham. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11-12 at the funeral home.
