Jean Mebane, 86, passed away on November 2, 2022 at Duke University Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Garland and Ruth Terrell. Before she retired, she was a nurse with Alamance County Hospital. Jean is survived by her husband, Bobby Mebane; son, Jeff Mebane (Marsha); grandchildren, Jake Mebane and Ben Mebane (Katie) and a great granddaughter, Blake Mebane. A graveside service will be held at 2pm Friday November 4, 2022 in Hawfields Cemetery with Pastor Sammy Ballard officiating.
