Jeanette Lowe Kendrick

Mrs. Jeanette Lowe Kendrick 82, of Graham, NC passed away on January 17, 2022 at peak Resources in Graham. A native of Alamance Co. NC, she was the daughter of the late Jay Dee Lowe Sr. and Elsie Foushee Lowe Hundley. Jeanette was retired from Kayser-Roth with 23 years of service and then went back to work at SCI for a number of years working with computers. Jeanette loved to cross stich, read, figure out her puzzles, and spending time outdoors doing yard work and tending to her garden or just relaxing in the sun. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many but nothing put a smile on her face like her grandchildren. She would always put others needs above her own. Survivors include her husband, Raymond Albert Kendrick; her son, Billy Burl Brooks Jr.; step children, Raymond Darryl Kendrick and Douglas William Kendrick and wife Theresa; her sister, Rena Lowe McAdams; brother, Donald Edward Lowe; a half-brother, Joseph William “Chuck” Hundleyand wife Tonya; grandchild, Aaron Scott Brooks and Dylan Brooks; step grandchildren, Amanda Kendrick Miller and husband Campbell, Keyan Anthony Kendrick, Konnor Addison Kendrick, Justin, Jordan, and Derek Underwood and Gabrielle Graves; great grandchildren, Tyson Rhett Miller, Torryn and Rylan Underwood; nieces and nephews, Stewart McAdams, Paige McAdams Greenway and husband Tom, Steven McAdams and wife Robyn, Joseph Hundley and wife Julie, and Michelle Hundley; and great nieces and nephews, Will Greenway, Lauren Greenway, Gavin McAdams, Zachary McAdams, Maddison Dickerson, and Cameron Dickerson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her late husband, Billy Brooks Sr.; step father, Clifford Lee Hundley; brother, Jay Dee Lowe, Jr.; nieces, Sylvia Lowe and Christine Lowe. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday January 26, 2022 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham with burial to follow in Graham Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice Home of Burlington at 918 Chapel Hill Rd.
