Jerry Gray Lewis, 85, of Nebo died Tuesday, February 28, 2017. He was a native of Morehead City, retired from the textile industry, a member of the Moose Lodge and a US Air Force Veteran having served 4 years. He was preceded in death by his father, William Bonner Lewis; mother, Leah Lorraina Willis Ward; step father, George “Buddy” Ward and 2 great grandchildren. He is survived by his son, Jerry Lewis and wife Laquita of Cherry Grove; sisters, Dolly Willis and Thelma White; grandchildren, Brandon Lewis, Kyra Mitchell, Levi Lewis, Sarabeth Moore and Eleven great grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held 2:00 PM Friday at McCray Cemetery by Pastor Bruce Ward. McClure Funeral Home in Graham is in charge of arrangements.
