Jerry Ray Pittman Jr

Jerry Ray Pittman Jr, 79, passed away on March 15, 2022 at Alamance Regional Medical Center of Burlington, NC after several years of failing health. He was the son of the late Jerry Ray Pittman Sr and Leota Womack Pittman. Jerry retired from Transamerica and Stearns Ford and had a love for fishing. He was a Tri-County Sports Fisherman with several first place trophies and awards. He enjoyed watching the Carolina Panther’s play football and was a big NASCAR fan which he loved watching with his family. He is survived by his wife, Judy Crawford Pittman of the home; one sister, Linda Burrow of Alabama; one daughter, Cynthia Pittman and fiancé James Link of Burlington; one son, Jerry “Allen” Pittman and companion Ginny Carnell of Snow Camp; two granddaughters, Kristen Ingelheim and her husband Dustin of Graham and Hayley Abers of Burlington; one grandson, Matthew Pittman of Burlington; 5 great grandchildren, Devin Abers, Lucas Bunton, Bentley Ingelheim, Wynter Ingelheim and Stormy Abers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 10 am to 11 am on Friday, March 18 at McClure Funeral Service, 1030 South Main Street, Graham. The funeral service will be at 11 am at the same location with Pastor Boyd Pickard officiating.
