Jesse Forrest Berry

Mr. Jesse F. Berry, 81, went to be with the Lord on Saturday August 1, 2015 at the Hock Family Pavilion in Durham. He was a member of Glen Hope Baptist Church in Burlington. He was retired from AT&T with 30 years of service. Jesse is survived by his wife: Agnes “Angie” S. Berry; sons: Forrest Berry Jr. and Matthew Berry; brothers: Richard Berry & wife Carol, Delma Berry & wife Jean. He was preceded in death by his parents: Charlie William and Neva Shanklin Berry; sisters: Dorothy “Dot” Hunley, Louise Riddle, and Lucille Hicks Duffey; brother: Charlie Melvin Berry. A service will be conducted on Tuesday August 4th, at 2:00PM at the McClure Funeral Chapel in Mebane with Rev. Larry Redding officiating. Burial will follow at Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday August 3rd, from 6-8PM at McClure Funeral Service in Mebane.
