Jimmie Eugene Ensley

Jimmie Eugene (Guffey) Ensley, 72, of Elon passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. Jimmie was born in Greenville Co., SC. He was a veteran of US Army. He was also an avid golfer and loved everything about the game. Jimmie was survived by his brother; Tim Guffey (Julie) of Burlington and John Guffey of Elon. He was also survived by his nieces and nephews; Tammy Shimon, Kerrii Lidke, Nicholas Guffey, and Shannon Loy. Grand niece; Adalyn Guffey. He was preceded in death by his father; Erastus Guffey and his mother; Margaret Ensley Guffey. Brother; Paul Guffey. There will be a memorial service held at a later date.
