Joan Groves Right

Mebane Joan Groves Right, 92, of Mebane died Tuesday, February 7 at Mebane Ridge Assisted Living. She was born in Plymouth, NC, June 9, 1924, a homemaker and a member of Graham Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl & Esther Groves and a sister, Mary Deane Groves. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Craig Right; Their daughter and son-in -law, Karla and Michael Silverman of Potomac, MD; son and daughter-in-law, Kirk and Faynelle Right of Chapel Hill, NC; 5 grandchildren, 3 great granddaughters and one great great granddaughter. A service to celebrate her life will be held 11:00 AM Saturday at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham by Dr. Steve D. Braswell. Burial services at a later date will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Findlay, OH. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 before the service.
