John Robert "Bobby" Riggins

Mr. John Robert "Bobby" Riggins 65, of 1009 East Harden Street, Graham, NC passed at his earthly home 9:15pm Friday, December 20, 2013 after a lengthy illness into his heavenly home to be with his Lord and Savior.Born in Alamance County, NC he was the son of the late John Jordan Riggins Jr. and Margie Kizer Riggins. He was self-employed with many different talents as a true handyman. New Covenant Fellowship Church was Bobby's church family and he received many blessings by attending there.Surviving him is one brother with whom he made his home James Riggins, sisters Shelby Hamilton, Virginia Riggins, and Mary Boone and husband Earl. He was preceded in death by a brother Roger Dale Riggins.The family will receive friends at the McClure Funeral Home in Graham on Tuesday, December 23, 2013 from 10am until 11am with a funeral service to follow at 11am in the McClure Chapel. Officiating will be the Reverend David Neff. Burial will follow in the Linwood Cemetery. Other times the family will be at the homes of Shelby Hamilton 110 Graham Rd, Lot 1, Haw River, and Virginia Riggins, 22 A Cates Circle, Graham.Bobby had many special friends but no one as caring and as close as "Shelton Brown'" the family offers their appreciation and gratitude for the many years of their friendship.
