John Ernest Brammer Sr.

Mr. John Ernest Brammer Sr. 78, of Burlington, NC, passed away on Tuesday February 28, 2017 at White oak Manor in Burlington. A native of Alamance County, NC, he was the son of the late George and Ernestine Buckner Brammer. His joy was motorcycles and his family. Survivors include his daughters, Tammy Kanupps and husband Larry, Teresa Welcher and April Stadler and husband Joel; sister, Beth Kelly; brother, Woody Brammer and wife Edith; 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, John Brammer Jr.; brothers, David and Alva Brammer. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday March 5, 2017 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham with Pastor Ken Smith Officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
