Johnny Dwayne Lankford

Burlington Johnny Dwaine Lankford, 49, of 906 North Main Street, Burlington died Sunday September 14, 2014. He was a native of Alamance County and was formerly employed as a lumber grader with Sizemore Lumber Company. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Lewis Vincent and brother, Larry McAdams. He is survived by his daughter’ Khristen Lankford of the home; granddaughter, Marina Lankford of the home; father and step mother, Johnny and Shirley Lankford of Midlothian, VA; sisters, Tammy McAdams of Swepsonville and Donna Taylor of Newport News, VA; and brother, Johnny Kenneth Lankford of Graham. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday at McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham by Rev. D.L. Perry. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, other times at the residence of Brenda and Jerry Shepherd, 6037 Holt Cross Road, Burlington.
