Jose Manuel Teixeira

Jose Manuel Teixeira, 71, of Mebane passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at his residence. Jose was born in Azores, Portugal to Francisco Jose Teixeira and Evangelina da Costa Cordeiro, both deceased. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Jose worked as a Custom Cabinet Builder .

Jose is survived by his children, Victor Teixeira (Kelly), Sonia Jahoo (Julian), Raquel Bermel (David); Twelve Grandchildren; and his sisters, Grace Couto, Connie Horton, Evangelina DaCosta and Merces Viveiros. In addition to his parents, Jose was also preceded in death by his wife, Maria Teixeira and a daughter, Marcia Teixeira .

Funeral Mass for Mr. Teixeira will be Monday, April 28, 2025, at 10:30 AM at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in Alamance Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Sunday evening, April 27, 2025, at McClure Funeral Home in Mebane, NC. Other times they will be at the residence.
