Joyce De Lane Terrell

Mrs. Joyce De Lane Terrell, 69, of Mebane, NC, passed away on Tuesday September 22, 2015 at the Valley Nursing and Rehab in Taylorsville, NC. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Elmo Sr. and Evelyn Hasty Terrell. She was an amazing woman with a loving heart and was known to have never met a stranger. Also she worked at Western Steak House for numerous years. Survivors include her daughters, Shannon W. Lewis Vogt (Shannon Vogt) of Clinton MS and DeLane Grogan (Ronnie Grogan) of Madison MS; Grandchildren, Gavin T. Vogt & Jesse Sloan Grogan; siblings, Michael C. Terrell, Donald M. Terrell ( Phyllis Terrell), and Jeannie G. Terrell, and numerous loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Jettie Lee T. Foster, Evelyn Carol T. Christopher, and Thomas E. Terrell Jr A memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday September 26, 2015 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane with the Rev.
