Joyce Barton Snyder

Mrs. Joyce Barton Snyder, 79, passed away October 30th, 2014 at her residence. Joyce was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all. She was a member of Mebane United Methodist Church. She was retired from Duke Power. She is survived by her husband- Ralph E. Snyder of the home; daughter- Ginger Snyder Dixon and husband Roy; son- Mark Snyder and wife Ashley; grandchildren- Lauren Collier and husband Nick, Skyler Dixon, Alex L Dixon, Logan Thornton, and Stella Snyder. She was preceded in death by her parents- Larry and Lallie Cawley; and brother- Buford Barton. A memorial service will be conducted Saturday November 8, 2014 at 3:00 at Mebane United Methodist Church, 200 S Fourth St, Mebane, NC with Rev. Johnnie Lee Wright II. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church from 2:00-3:00 and other times at the residence.
