Kay B. Ramseur

Kay Browning Ramseur, 79, of Graham died October 3, 2017 at the Hospice House of Alamance – Caswell. Born April 21, 1938 in Iredell County, she was the daughter of Frank P. and Daisy Gilbert Browning. Mrs. Ramseur was a graduate of Hickory High School. She retired from Macedonia Lutheran Church, where she had served as secretary for nine years. Mrs. Ramseur enjoyed opera. Survivors include her son, Doug Ramseur of Graham; her daughter, Jennifer Dorsett of Wake Forest; and grandchildren, Abby and Connor Dorsett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Elliot Ramseur. A memorial service for Mrs. Ramseur will be held at 2 pm Saturday in the chapel of McClure Funeral Home in Graham.
