Leda Wooten Hawks

Graham Leda Shirley Wooten Hawks, 89, of Graham, died Wednesday, July 29 at her home. She was a native of Galax, VA, retired from the textile industry, a homemaker and was a member of Good Hope Church in Fancy Gap, VA. She was precededed in death ny her husband, Sidney Hawks and her parents, Edgar George and Elva Frost Wooten. She is survived by her son, William Anderson “Andy” Hawks of Graham. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday at Good Hope Cemetery in Fancy Gap, VA. The family will receive friends at McClure Funeral Home in Graham Friday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, other times at the residence.
