Dr. Leroy William Frueh

Dr. Leroy William Frueh, 81, of Elon passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022 at his residence. Dr. Frueh was born in Englewood, NJ to William and Elsa Frueh both deceased.  He was a retired Chiropractor. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church  where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a veteran serving in the US Army.

Dr. Frueh is survived by his wife, Carol Farrell Frueh. Children, Peggy Frey (Mark), Kathleen Ladd (David) , and Thomas Farrell (Julia). Sister, Suzanne Simmons. Nephew, Matthew Simmons. Seven Grandchildren and Seven Great Grandchildren.

In addition to his parents Dr. Frueh was also preceded in death by a sister, Delores Lynn Swaluk.

The funeral Mass will be Sunday, June 5, 2022 at 2:30 PM at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 1620 Hanford Rd., Graham, NC 27253.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Authoracare, (Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance/Caswell) 914 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215.
