Linda Jean Joyce Thomasson

Linda Jean Joyce Thomasson, 78, passed away on February 16, 2025.  She was the daughter of the late Paul Allen Joyce and Anna Mae Yeatts Joyce.  Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Richard Thomasson; son, Rodney Allen Thomasson and his wife Michelle, of Orlando, Fl.; grandchildren, Mallory Whitlow, of Orlando, Fl., Megan Thomasson, of SC., Michael Thomasson, of Alabama, Riley Thomasson, of Orlando, Fl., five great grandchildren; a sister, Nancy Ribelin, of Yanceyville; brothers, George Joyce, of Elon and James Joyce of Burlington.  Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Doris Wheeler, Jessie McKinney, Gene Joyce, Robert Joyce, Judy Neese and Michael Joyce.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 23, 2025 from 2pm-4pm at McClure Funeral Service in Mebane.  The funeral service will be held at 11am on Monday February 24, 2025 in the McClure Funeral Chapel in Mebane.  Burial will follow in Oakgrove Church Cemetery in Mebane.
