Louella Kincaid Russell

Mrs. Louella Kincaid Russell, 85, of Fleming Island, FL, formerly of Burlington, NC, passed away on Tuesday March 19, 2019 at Haven Hospice in Orange Park, FL. A native of Pear, WV she was the daughter of the late Willie and Irene Bennett Kincaid. Louella was a long time resident of Burlington prior to her moving to Florida. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, crafts and listening to Elvis Presley. She and her husband Norman loved to travel and to spend time with family and friends. Surviving are her daughters, Debra R. Waller and husband Ron, of Charlotte, NC and Denise R. Foley and husband Keith, of Fleming Island, FL; her grandchildren, Keith Patrick Foley and Brian Douglas Foley; step granddaughter, Rondi McGee; step great grandsons, Julian and Thomas James and her brother, Cletis Kincaid, of Mebane. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:30 PM on Saturday March 23, 2019 at Pine Hill Cemetery with the Pastor Floyd Repass officiating.
