Lynda Richmond

Mrs. Lynda Gay Richmond, 69, of Burlington, NC passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2022 after a battle with COPD and congestive heart failure. Mrs. Richmond lived most of her life on Long Island, NY, and retired to North Carolina about three years ago to be near her only grandchild.

Lynda was a tireless worker, helping build a GM dealership on Long Island to success ending her many years of employment there as its Controller. She was passionate not only about her family but also the holidays, as her home was awash each year with Christmas cheer.

Lynda is survived by her beloved husband of 48 years, Dave Richmond; and her cherished children Jason Richmond (Sierra), Kristi Richmond; granddaughter Miranda Richmond, all of North Carolina; and brother Greg Parsons, Texas; and numerous lifelong friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at a date yet to be determined.
