She is survived by her husband, Jessie Vernon Decker Sr.; daughters, Lynn McLain and Martina England; sons, Jessie "Jay" Decker Jr. and Jack Decker; sister, Mary Pearl; brother, Donnie Pharris; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
