Marilyn Hedrick Brown

Marilyn Diana Hedrick Brown, 61, died August 10, 2017 in her home. Marilyn was born September 6, 1955 in Maryville, TN., the daughter of Denzel Hall Hedrick and Ruby Pearlene Proctor Hedrick. Her parents; husband, Clarence Brown; and brothers, Glenn Hedrick and Garnett Hedrick, Sr. all preceded Marilyn in death. Marilyn worked as a caregiver in the healthcare profession. Survivors include her sons, George Robert “Rob” Vogel, Jeffery Mark “Jeff” Vogel, Joshua David “Josh” George and Clarence Gilmer “CJ” Brown, III; a daughter, Amber Lee Shipley; 11 grandchildren; and sisters, Sue Hedrick, Sharon Hedrick and Vivian White. The memorial service to celebrate Marilyn Hedrick Brown’s life will be held at 4:00 pm, Thursday, August 17, 2017 in the chapel of McClure Funeral Home in Graham.
