Marvin G. Hewett

Marvin Gene Hewett, 78, of Burlington passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021. He was a native of Brunswick County, NC, retired after a lifetime in the ceramic tile industry, a member of Trinity Baptist Church and attended Open Bible Baptist Church, He is the son of the late Clyde and Naomi Hewett. He Loved his family with all his heart and his girls were very special in his eyes. He was also a lover of music.

He is survived by his daughters, Pam Peace and husband Jerry of Burlington, Deborah Jones and fiancé Mike Coble of Graham, Penny Gentry and husband Ronnie of Efland; daughter by heart, Nancy Price of Snow Camp; former wife, Barbara Harrah of Burlington; brothers, Odell Hewett and wife Lois of Carrboro, Kenny Ray Hewett of Burlington; sisters, Donna Squires and husband Johnny of Chapel Hill, Diane Witham and husband George of Mebane; grandchildren Tonya Allison, Shannon Peace and Casey Gentry, great granddaughter, Haley Peace and loved his special baby Rosie

A Memorial service to celebrate his life will be 6:00PM Friday at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham by Pastor Steve Pruitt.
