Mary Ruth (Burch) Breeden

Mrs. Mary Ruth Burch Breeden 71, of Haw River, NC, passed away on September 10, 2024, at the Hospice Home in Burlington. A native of Durham Co. NC, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Amanda Chappel Burch. She was known for being the Perfect Nana as she loved and cherished her Grandchildren. She would always take time with her grandchildren teaching them to tie their shoes or taking them fishing, she was a positive influence in their lives. She loved the water and spending time on the boat with Billy. She always found peace on the water. She will forever be remembered as a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. She is survived by her husband, Billy Joe Breeden Jr.; her children, Heather B. Phillips and husband Daniel and Kevin Breeden; her loving grandchildren, Travis Breeden and Casey Breeden Lee and husband Chris; great grandchildren, Gunner, Chase and Millie; a sister, Ann Burch and her brother, Danny Burch and wife Tanya. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Faye Burch. Services for Mary will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to AuthoraCare Hospice in Burlington at 918 Chapel Hill Rd. Burlington, NC.  McClure Funeral Service in Graham is assisting the family.
