Mary Ann (Engle) Allen

Ms. Mary Ann Engle Allen, 83, of Graham passed away peacefully on October 31, 2024, with her loving family by her side. She was born February 2nd, 1941, to the late Horace Engle and Annie Black Engle. Mary Ann retired from GKN Automotive in Mebane with 20+ years of service.  She was a member of Lamb’s Chapel Church and Union Ridge Church.  She enjoyed gardening, cooking meals for her family, and spending time at the beach with her late husband, Ronald Allen, who passed away in January of this year.

Survivors include her daughters, Tammy A. Bowland (Keith) of Burlington, Rhonda A. Willard (Thomas) of Myakka City, FL; her sons, Jeff Allen (Sara) of Elon, Steven Allen (Ladonna) of Macon, GA; her sister-in-law, Judy A. Smith of Elon; 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and her beloved dog, Maggie May.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Mark Miller, the staff at Mebane Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care and the staff of Compass Healthcare and Rehab Hawfields, Inc.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024, at Graham Memorial Park beginning at 11AM.
