Mary Kathleen (Phillips) Trollinger

Mary Kathleen Trollinger, 93, of Burlington passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2022. She was a native of Alamance County, retired from the textile industry, was a founding member of the Faucette Fire Department where she was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary .and a member of Carolina Christian Church. She is the daughter of the late James Harvey and Martha Record Phillips and the wife of the late John William Trollinger. She was also preceded in death by brothers, James Henry Phillips and Billy Richard Phillips; son, Tony Trollinger and granddaughter, Jordan Cameron Trollinger.

She is survived by her son, Greg Trollinger (Karen); grandchildren Matt Trollinger (Jamie) and Caleb Trollinger (Emily Greeson); great grandson, Langston Trollinger; sister, Donna Johnson (Larry) and daughter in law, Linda Trollinger

A service to celebrate her life will be 12:00 Monday at Carolina Christian Church by Pastor Mark Mitchell and Pastor Reid Dickens. Burial will follow in Carolina Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday from 11:00 – 12:00 Before the service. Memorials may be made to Carolina Christian Church, 2030 Carolina Road, Burlington, NC 27217.  The family would like to offer a special thanks to Chief Jimmy Westbrook and the members of the Faucette Fire Department for their many years of assistance given to Mrs. Trollinger
