Miriam Dianne (Simber) Lunsford

Miriam Dianne Simber Lunsford, 68, of Mebane entered her Heavenly Home on July 6, 2022. Dianne was born in Mebane to Bernard Simber, Sr. & Irma Cawthorne Simber, the youngest of four children. Dianne was also preceded in death by her son, Kevin Anthony Lunsford and brother, David Simber. She was retired from UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill and a member of Hebron United Methodist Church

Dianne was devoted to her God, her family and her many friends. All who will remember her as a very giving person.

She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Ann Williamson, 2 grandsons, Damien Overbey and Gage Overbey; brother, Bernard Simber, Jr. and sister, Julia Young plus many nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Peanut.

A service to celebrate her life will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane by Pastor Cassidy Salter. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
