Nancy Emma Knapp Huff

Nancy Emma Knapp Huff, 98, born in Philadelphia, PA went home to be with the Lord on November 22, 2021 at Peak Resources in Graham.  Nancy loved being with her family and friends and attending The Lamb’s Chapel. Nancy was an avid reader, a seamstress and thoroughly enjoyed dancing (especially with her beloved husband, John).  One of her favorite pastimes was spending time at the beach or “Shore” as it was known.  She also had a love for Peterbuilt Trucks.  She retired from American Hoechst Corporation where she worked as a secretary/receptionist.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara and husband Richard; son, Peter and wife Sandra; sister, Barbara Zenker; brother, Peter Knapp; grandchildren, Timothy, Peter, Betsy and Sarah; great grandchildren, Hannah, Cheyanne, Alyson, Emma, Isaac,  Jude, Josephine and a great great granddaughter, Izabella.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, John Huff and her parents Alfred and Dorothy Knapp.

The family will receive friends on Monday November 29, 2021 from 1-2 at McClure Funeral Service in Mebane.  A funeral service will follow at 2pm in the McClure Funeral Chapel in Mebane officiated by Ken Smith of The Lamb’s Chapel.

In lieu of Flowers memorial may be made to The Lamb’s Chapel General Fund at 3539 Alamance Road, Burlington, NC 27215.
