Olen Talbert Stuart

Olen Talbert Stuart 66, of 3162 Rogers Rd. Graham NC 27253 suddenly passed away on April 03, 2015. Olen was born in Mississippi but spent most of his life in Archdale NC then ending his journey in Graham NC. Olen a disabled veteran from the Vietnam War retired in January 2015 after 34 years from Tyco/AMP. Olen was a master mason and attended the Masonic Lodge #516 Petal Mississippi, as well as a member of Grand York Rite Bodies of Mississippi, Hamasa Shriners Meridian of Mississippi, Order of the Eastern Star in Petal Mississippi, and New Covenant Fellowship Church. He was also very involved with the Archdale Trinity Little League Basketball Team during the '90s and coached varsity softball with his wife in the '90s. His new favorite thing was being able to pick up his grandson Zachary from school every day and staying home with his wife. Olen is survived by his wife of 43 years Jean Stuart, daughter: Emily Stuart White (Jody), Grandchildren Matthew Kesslick and Zachary White all of Graham, Brothers: Charles Erby Stuart (Lynn) of Hattiesburg Mississippi, Donald Clark Stuart (Mary) of Wiggins Mississippi and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: Edna Talbert Stuart Phillips and Erby Olen Stuart, and Sister: Jean Yvonne Graham. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday April 06, 2015 at McClure Funeral Home in Graham NC 27253. A funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday April 07, at McClure Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Neff officiating. An entombment will follow at Alamance Memorial Park Mausoleum.
