GRAHAM - Patricia Ann Albert Holmes, 64, of 160 Nicks St., Graham, passed at her residence at 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013.She is survived by a daughter, Crystal Cole; sisters, Brenda Scarboro, Mary Helen Wyatt, Vicki Albert and Debbie Terrell; brother, David William Albert; grandchildren, Micaiah Cole and Kalil Cole.She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Albert and Maxine Merrett; daughter, Lisa Renee Holmes; and sister, Betty McLamb.A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, at Graham Wesleyan Church with Pastor Wayne Howard officiating. Visitation will follow the memorial service in the church fellowship hall.Patricia's family would like to give thanks to the Hospice & Palliative Care Center of Alamance/Caswell, the Cancer Center of ARMC and a special thanks to Mitzi Church and Erica Miller for the love and support shown to Patricia.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care Center of Alamance/Caswell, 918 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, N.C. 27215.
