Patricia Ann (James) Crawford

Patricia Ann Crawford, 89 of Mebane passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025. She was a native of Alamance County, retired from the food service industry and a member of Florence Memorial Baptist Church. She is the daughter of the late Clarence Y. & Ruby Tew James and the wife of the late Billy James Crawford. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Norma Jean Crawford; brother, Billy James; sisters, Jean Foust, Nancy Miller and Ellen James.

She is survived by her daughter, Shelia Joyce (Dave) of Mebane; son, Kenneth Crawford (Anna) of Mebane; grandchildren, Justin Whitfield(Shannon), Jacob Crawford(Melissa), Jordan Crawford, Josh Crawford and Jessica Crawford; 6 great grandchildren.

A service to celebrate her life will be 11:00 AM Monday at Florence Memorial Baptist Church by Pastor Jim Florence. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at McClure Funeral Home in Mebane from 4:00 – 6:00 Sunday afternoon. Following the service on Monday, the family will gather in the Church Fellowship Hall. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Compass Health Care for the love and care given to Mrs. Crawford during her time there.
